LAPD and the RRS goal is to inspire more children and their families to look toward the future with Science, Technology and Engineering.

Today at the MTA (Mojave Test Area) LAPD introduces Students and their families from Jordan Downs in Watts, Los Angeles to Rocket Science. Watch and listen as the children experience what it like to see Rocket Launch!

Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) teams up with the Reaction Research Society (RRS) to inspire Inner City Kids. In this episode the leaders of the RRS and LA's finest show children from Jordan Downs  in Watts how to have fun with real science.



LAPD and the children from Jordan Downs build, paint and launch amateur rocket from the Mojave Test Area. This Rocket Testing facility is owned by the Reaction Research Society for amateur and professional rocket testing and launching. Today the kids learn safety and launch!
